| I am Elfe Entero Alfaro, 28 years of age, a Filipino and presently working as a nurse in Algeria. I can speak English, Arabic and a little bit of French. I’ve been working for almost 3 years here rotated in different areas such as, E.R, Med-surgical Ward, Cardiology Department, Maternity and I.C.U. I have handled patients in all ages but most of them are elders who seek medical and surgical attention. My experience as a Nurse had taught me well on handling their different type of needs specially for those who was been bed-ridden for a long time and also for those unconscious patients who we’re dependent from personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination and ambulation .I've been through their challenging stages of aging such as dementia, Alzheimer’s and other aging behaviors.
Moreover, as a nurse, it is my duty and responsibility to take good care to those who needed the most. Hardwork, perseverance, patience, and dedication to my job empowered me to fulfill my goals by rendering exceptional services to my patients. And in return, it acquired me more experiences and learning whether physically, mentally or emotionally which had molded me to a better and successful person.
