| I am Ms.Judith S. Catre, 39 years of age. I graduated from Brent Hospital School of Midwifery and passed the Licensure examination in the Philippines. I am working at Aiwei Taipei Mercy Home for Disabled as a Nursing Assistant from March 15, 2010 up to present. Aiwei has 172 bed capacity and we are taking good care of CVA, Epileptic, Cerebral Palsy, Diabetic, Cancer and Disabled patients. We have a CPR training at Aiwei Taipei Mercy Home for Disabled. I am hardworking, honest and trustworthy.
I care of my patients with tender loving care. My duties and responsibilities are Provides patients the necessary morning care which includes bathing,oral care,hair grooming,dressing nail cutting, etc., Assists the patient in taking his or her prescribed medicine,For incontinent and bed ridden patient,we check diaper every 2-3 hours and change once soaked with urine or stool, Checks patients vital signs, Performs household duties and maintenance which includes cleaning the room organizing the closet and bedside tables and changing linens among others,Enhancing communication skills of the patient by giving them the opportunity to converse whenever possible.
I am a single mom, my parents are taking good care of my daughter in the Philippines. Being a single mom is very hard but happy as well because I am a mother of a cute baby. She is my life and I love her so much that's why I will do my best to work for her future. I love to sing and listen to music and read books. I know how to cook filipino foods but I am willing to learn how to cook any food.
We are three siblings and I am the eldest, my Family are Roman Catholic in Religion. I have a sister and a brother they are already married.

We are taking good care of Patients aged 18 years old up and their cases are CVA,Epileptic, Cerebral Palsy, Diabetic, Cancer, Alzheimers and Disabled patients.
Provides patients the necessary morning care which includes bathing,oral care,hair grooming,dressing nail cutting, etc.
Feeds the patients according to his nutritional requirement.Also administers NGT feeding for patients who are nourished via naso-gastric tube.
Transferring patients from bed to wheelchair and wheelchair to bed with the use proper lifting techniques ( or with the use of lifter if the patient is too heavy to carry )
Assists the patient in taking his or her prescribed medicine.
For incontinent and bed ridden patient,we check diaper every 2-3 hours and change once soaked with urine or stool.
Check patients vital signs.
Performs household duties and maintenance which includes cleaning the room organizing the closet and bedside tables and changing linens among others.
Ensures safety of the patients by keeping caution to what may cause them harm within their environment. (ex. Raising up the bedside rails,mopping wet floor to avoid slide and / or fall,remove any clutter on the floor,take any sharp or pointed objects away from patients,etc.)
Enhancing communication skills of the patient by giving them the opportunity to converse whenever possible.
Assists patients in performing recreational activities.
Gives patients back tapping,steam inhalation,and massage whenever the need arises
Range of motion,physical therapy and exercise program for the disabled.
