Live-In Caregiver Program.

months’ training , or at least one
year of full-time paid work experience
in the past three years including at
least six months of continuous
employment for the same employer in a
field or occupation similar to what you
will do as a live-in caregiver.

The study program for Live-in Caregivers is full-time,
and continues for 6 months (minimum 750 hour). It is
government accredited, and prepares you to work for a
Canadian family, either as a nanny caring for children
or as a caregiver to a dependent elderly or disabled
person. The course is an ideal opportunity to practice
your English language skills, make friends, and start to
become familiar with life in Canada. The college
provides clean, comfortable, private, and friendly
living accommodation as part of the college tuition.
The college also offers assistance to help you find a
Canadian employer during the training program. |
